But I'm not talking about normal vegan cupcakes here (I believe there is just no other and more accurate translation from the German word "Tassenkuchen"), it's more like a cake baked in a cup where you usually drink tea or coffee from.
And it's actually not baking, you simply put the cup filled with the cake mixture into your microwave for around 2 minutes. Yes, this really works!
You should definitely try this out as it's simple and doesn't take a lot of time.

RECIPE
4 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of soya milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar
1/4 tablespoon of backing soda
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of oil
(The lemon juice makes the cake more "fluffy" but I'd recommend to use a bit more sugar and lemon juice.)
